When I was five years old, my parents adopted two young boys from Russia. I was struck by the way these orphans so quickly became part of our family. In fact, I rarely noticed any difference between my new brothers and my biological siblings. The love, the connection, and the closeness in our new family made me think about how many other orphans there were in the world who might never get the chance to experience the love of a family.
